But freedom has its flip side. It was nearly impossible to find a vacation apartment that offered reliable service, a stress-free check-in, and consistent quality — without surprises. Some were charming, most were frustrating.
So, we did what César Ritz — the founder of the legendary Ritz hotels — once did: we created what we couldn’t find. To make our own holidays perfect, we bought several apartments in the Dreamland Oasis resort and tailored them to our standards. It worked.
We found the sweet spot between warm Georgian hospitality and Swiss-level order.
Soon, guests started asking to rent our apartments when we weren’t using them. We listened. We grew. We improved — learning from the best hoteliers and paying close attention to what our guests truly wanted.
Today, this is our full-time business. It wasn’t easy: there were trials, errors, and constant refinement. But our efforts paid off. Now, a
