“Taste the freedom” — that’s what the billboard said when we first arrived in Georgia back in 2012. It was meant to be about wine, but for us, it described the feeling of the entire country. Nowhere else had we experienced such lightness, authenticity, and a sense of being truly present.
But freedom has its flip side. It was nearly impossible to find a vacation apartment that offered reliable service, a stress-free check-in, and consistent quality — without surprises. Some were charming, most were frustrating.
So, we did what César Ritz — the founder of the legendary Ritz hotels — once did: we created what we couldn’t find. To make our own holidays perfect, we bought several apartments in the Dreamland Oasis resort and tailored them to our standards. It worked. We found the sweet spot between warm Georgian hospitality and Swiss-level order.
Soon, guests started asking to rent our apartments when we weren’t using them. We listened. We grew. We improved — learning from the best hoteliers and paying close attention to what our guests truly wanted.

The place is cozy, green, and perfect for a relaxing getaway outside the high season. Everything you need is nearby: charming cafés, walking areas, and beautiful scenery — it’s a pleasure to spend time here, both during the day and in the evening.
We really liked the apartment: spacious, bright, and with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Thanks to its sunny orientation, it stayed comfortably warm during the day. The kitchen is fully equipped, but with so much delicious Georgian food around, we hardly felt like cooking.
A special thanks to our host, Mila — she was incredibly kind and helpful. She arranged our transfer in advance, gave great tips on where to eat and what to see, and welcomed us with a bottle of excellent Georgian wine — such a thoughtful touch!
